REIKI AND BODYWORK
I started to practice Reiki in 2018 and somehow when I did the training, I felt like I was just remembering something that I already knew.
Reiki is a humble, ancient Japanese practice, where as a practitioner your body works as a vehicle, a vessel to channel energy from the source of Love, using the hands and placing them onto different areas of the practitioners body, to let energy flow and unlock any blockage from traumatic events, allowing the persons energetic field to be in harmony, healing emotional, physical, spiritual and mental conditions.
Reiki can be practiced on every living being and bring benefit to all.
I describe Reiki like a pause where two Souls have a conversation, of being present and having the attention and intention to go under layers to see whats beneath, to listen for guidance.
I find this practice as a very deep and meaningful way to connect to others, to be able to hold space with a touch and being present.
